Excellent customer service! I chose Helotes Overhead Garage Doors due to their Yelp rating and customer comments - did not disappoint! The service window time was confirmed the morning of the appointment, & I was kept up-to-date on the status of the service tech coming out. I needed someone to look at the garage door opener installed by another vendor, who ghosted me. The problem was the garage door would not close without holding the button down in the garage. Wes identified the problem within a couple of minutes, fixed it, and even programmed the additional remotes. Again, excellent customer services!

I can't say enought good things about this family owned small business. I have been with them for ten years and they have always delivered their services at a reasonable cost. While the garage door business can be very deceptive, Helotes Overhead has integrity and is honest in their dealings with their clients. My due diligence ...I Idid receive two other estimates, but they were out of line with their cost figures.
James did a great job with the install and I believe the new door has actually added value to our home. It looks great from both sides!

Helotes Overhead Garage Doors provided the best customer service experience I could have ever hoped for. My mother needed a new garage door, and they were kind enough to find a good, affordable option for her that would best suit her needs. They did not try to push me on any upgrades that they knew would not benefit my mother. Very grateful for doing such a great job and being so very considerate of our senior citizen community.
